     The Web Design assignment was very interesting. I have used Weebly before, but because I was so young when I did, I didn't realize how much there was to create your website. I learned so many ways to make a website unique, and it made it super simple to use. There were a lot of shortcuts to put a lot of different things in the website just by clicking and dragging a link. After creating a mock-teacher website, I will definitely consider making one of my own when I become a teacher. Here is the link to my website: http://rabin2ndgrade.weebly.com/ 

    From Diigo, I learned a lot on how to annotate online. I didn't even realize when we first started using Diigo how to attach an extension to Chrome, so using the Diigo extension helped me see how to do so. The Diigo extension allowing me to annotate the various bookmarks, and it was very cool how it was able to be shared with the rest of the class. As useful as Diigo was for this class, I do not think I would use it for my future classroom, especially since I am hoping to teach elementary school. Even when I first started using it, I had trouble navigating it, so I don't think my future students would be able to understand the website enough to accurately use it.

    Teachers have a very free reign of what technologies to use in their classroom, especially since they are the ones looking for the right ones. Each year, education evolves even more regarding technology, and it's the teachers' job to keep their students and themselves well-rounded on the different resources. The entire website itself keeps up to date with different technologies and how they will improve students learning and day-to-day functioning in schools.

    your website was clear and easy to read with cute pictures! A little more color would have been fun but keeping it serious is good too if it is mainly for parents.

    I appreciate how simple your website is and easy to navigate. More pictures might be helpful just to increase the appeal, but not necessarily needed!

    Some of the titles were kind of hard to read because they were light colors on light pictures, but the rest of the content had good contrast! Everything was aligned in a nice way and your website was very easy to navigate.

    Your website is super easy to navigate and I love all the pictures. Each tab threw me off a little since they are all have different layouts, but that's just because personally I like all my stuff to match.

      Twitter has never really been one of my top social media apps. I used it once in a while when I was younger to follow my favorite authors and keep up to date on their book releases. I was very much a book nerd growing up, and a lot of authors updated their lives on Twitter!       Microsoft Word was probably the first things I used when we started using technology in school. I got really familiar with it in elementary school and in the beginning of middle school, but in seventh or eighth grade, my middle school gave each student an iPad to use for the year. We started using Google Classroom, so instead of using Microsoft Word, we used Google Docs. Ever since then, I've used Google Docs, and personally, I prefer it, just because I like accessing it from a Google Chrome window and it's associated with my email. I can also keep all documents without saving them to my computer, so they don't take up any space.     I think the most important ISTE standard for educators is being a leader. Blog Journal 4

      From third grade, I chose the standard LAFS.3.W.2.6. This standard focuses on reading comprehension: being able to remember details from online and physical sources, and to be able to take accurate notes summarizing what the student has read. I believe that the ability to take notes in a simple form is such an important skill to teach early on in education, as it can come in handy throughout a student's entire educational life. I feel mostly prepared to teach this because so many of my teachers throughout the years have reserved lessons to teach us the most effective, efficient, and easy way to take notes. I would definitely try to familiarize myself with simpler formats as this is a third grade class, but I feel mostly confident in my note-taking and reading comprehension skills to teach this lesson.     From CPALMS, I would choose to implement a lesson in math using real world applications.
